What if I don't have the PDF manual?
Two options. Use the "Find Online" tab to search by make and model and import the official PDF in one tap. Or open the "Photo" tab, snap a picture of the product nameplate or cover, and we'll identify the make and model and find it for you.
What file formats are supported?
ManualVault stores PDF manuals. You can drag and drop your own, import from the web by make and model, or pull from a photo of the nameplate.
How does the AI actually work?
When you upload a manual, we extract the text in the background and create searchable embeddings. We also auto-extract vendor, model, warranty terms, and specs so you don't have to type them in. When you ask a question, the AI finds the most relevant sections across all your manuals and gives you a clear answer with source references.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The layout adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops. The photo-capture feature uses your phone's camera directly, so you can snap a nameplate while standing in front of the equipment.
Can my whole team use it?
